Kelly Djernes, PT, DPT

Dr. Kelly is one of the state's only providers that is a certified in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions relating to pregnancy and the postpartum period.

She provides recommendations regarding exercising safely in pregnancy, labor and delivery positioning strategies, breastfeeding positioning, and healthy biomechanics for pregnancy and postpartum period.

Sami Herbster, PT, DPT

Dr. Sami Herbster is a professional and highly skilled Physical Therapist with a passion for health and healing. She brings 19 years of experience in health and wellness and an impressive educational background to her professional work. Dr. Sami is a Postural Restoration specialist.

What is Postural Restoration?

The use of specific exercises to restore postural balance to the right and left side of the body and harmony within all system and movement patterns. When these normal imbalances are not regulated, function of the following can be impacted:

  • Structural weaknesses
  • Core instability
  • Muscle tension
  • Joint stiffness
  • Overuse injuries
  • Joint inflammation
  • Chronic fatigue / Fibromyalgia

Jennifer Colgrove, PT, DPT

Dr. Jen has always been interested in how things fit together to work, move, and finding combinations of exercise. She has experience rehab-ing patients to regain functional activities and continue with fall prevention programs. She graduated from Creighton University in 2012. In July 2020, she became certified in Pelvic Floor Therapy.

Dr. Jen’s mission is to help patients meet their highest functional potential. She digs deep to create individualized treatment plans and find the source of dysfunction. Conditions she treats but is not limited to include:

  • Posture issues
  • Fall risk and prevention
  • Pubic symphysis dysfunction
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
